Challenge
The AWS Jam team needed a bite-sized video to introduce the AWS Jam program and re-design its existing user guides.
Solution
Partnered with multiple stakeholders to design and develop animated videos in time for the launch of AWS Jam. I also led the re-design of AWS Jam kickoff presentation, instructor guides, participant guides, and one-pagers. AWS Jam is an interactive day of experiential learning that allows customers to put their new skills into practice using real use-case scenarios in a point-based and gamified learning experience.
Results
The video was shared widely internally and externally with AWS customers. The feedback was extremely positive. The video and documentation was also added to the AWS Jam console platform and AWS Skill Builder.
