Challenge
AT&T recently acquired a new cybersecurity platform and needed to train the salesforce on how to sell and where it fits within the AT&T portfolio of networking and mobility solutions.
Solution
I led the design of a video-based digital course to help introduce the cybersecurity solution, how to uncover customer needs, handle objections, and how to engage technical teams for support. The scripts, scenarios, and visuals for each video and end-of-course assessment went through multiple iterations by various stakeholders and experts before release.
Results
The performance-focused course received high CSAT ratings and the solution helped increase sales of the cybersecurity solution.
