The AWS for SAP team requested a fundamental course to train SAP specialists on the high-level process and related tasks of migrating their SAP workloads from on-premises to the AWS Cloud.
Solution
Led the design of a problem-centered digital course to demonstrate the high-level process of how a fictitious company migrated their SAP application to the AWS Cloud to improve performance, reduce costs, and facilitate digital transformation. Throughout the course, customers learn about the SAP to AWS migration process, relevant AWS services, and available migration tools.
Results
The digital course received high NPS and CSAT scores.
