Challenge
The AT&T Business Customer Service organization requested a resume writing and interviewing workshop for all their service agents.
Solution
We designed a portal to organize the most important resume writing and interviewing concepts, processes, examples, and templates. We then partnered with program ambassadors from each call center to deliver 1-hour workshops using the portal and one-page facilitator guides.
Results
The solution helped increase the number of internal promotions and enhance employee NPS metrics.
