AT&T technical sales roles needed to advance their skills in architecting Networking solutions for their customers.
Solution
First, we worked closely with high performing technical sellers to document their knowledge and skills in architecting networking solutions. Second, we wrote realistic scenarios and detailed solutions within professionally designed user guides. Finally, we developed targeted virtual workshops to facilitate the learning experience around each use case.
Results
Our targeted and scenario-based design approach created a highly engaging and effective learning experience which exceeded the expectations of our clients. The participants appreciated the availability of the detailed user guides to support applying their new knowledge post the training event.
